Once we supply the options for lenders for the amount your require to borrow, we will arrange the loan. You supply the documents the lender requires and we collate it all into an application and lodge on your behalf. We manage the application through the approval process and keep you updated, liaise with agents, solicitors and the like to get settlement happening. After settlement we are here to help you decide if you should fix or re-fix your loan, we can even negotiate a lower rate once you have a proven repayment history.

As a self employed person who works for their clients I am available 24/7, so you are able to contact me on weekends and after hours and get your answers rather than wait for the bank to open Monday. We are real people, we will visit you at a time and place that is mutually convenient for a face to face obligation-free chat, come back as many times as necessary including assisting with document signing and explain what this is all about.

We don't take on too many clients at once, we want to ensure that you are getting the best possible service. We take your own financial position and work together to provide a product and lender that will suit you for the next 3-5 years. Everyone has different needs, different incomes, type of employment, how they are paid. This is why choice is vital so that you only apply to Lenders that will approve your loan. Sometimes you will have 40+ lenders that want you, sadly sometimes there is only 1 or 2. But once again, it is all about YOU.
